We started Oester to work more closely across disciplines, reduce the gaps that slow development down, and build with a clearer view of the whole system.

Together, our team brings more than 30 years of combined experience across multidisciplinary engineering fields from mechanical and industrial design to embedded systems, electronics, simulation, software and intelligent systems. That range of experience helps us look at products from more than one angle and understand how each part affects the whole.

At the core, we’re a small team that values thoughtful engineering, clear communication and practical decision-making. We care about building things properly, working closely with the people behind the idea, and making complex development feel more focused and manageable.
